Aha!!! Morgan Hills looks like another builder is bringing more homes, this time it is Standard Pacific. Nothing further at this time about pricing or sizes. Since they are forming up now, figure 3 months until the models are ready - that would have us at a grand opening in March perhaps? Check back for more. I will be keeping an eye on this.

The estate is a little hard to guestimate yet. I will be talking to the builder shortly, and I will try to get an idea what they are building.
Based on other new construction in the area, I am thinking up 3500 sq ft, and probably in a price range around the $450 - $500k mark... Ish - keep in? mind, we don't know they are putting in there yet, and have no premium on them yet... I do know people though, so I should be getting some answers soon.
